- Communication Skills - clearly write and verbal explanation what we need done for Korea team to understand what needs to be done

Position Summary
The Web & Creative Specialist will report to the Head of Ecosystem Development and serve as the creative and digital execution lead for the developer ecosystem. This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving the developer portal, supporting newsletter content publication, and producing high-quality marketing and design assets that elevate the ecosystem brand.
The ideal candidate blends technical web proficiency (HTML, markup, CMS platforms) with strong creative execution skills across graphic design, presentation development, and multimedia production. This person thrives at the intersection of developer content, marketing storytelling, and visual design.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in web content management, digital marketing, or creative production.
• Experience managing developer-facing websites or technical content platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar internal systems).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office design capabilities.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization best practices.
• Experience in digital health or healthcare technology preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Developer Portal Web Programmer
• Own ongoing updates and enhancements to the developer portal website using HTML, markup, and the internal web publishing platform (WordPress-like CMS).
• Project manage and publishes content including documentation, partner spotlights, blogs, and newsletter announcements.
• Improve user experience through layout refinement, visual enhancements, and structured content formatting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partnership teams to align web content with ecosystem priorities.
• Assist with the execution of web page updates to our consumer website.
Visuals & Graphics Designer
• Produce high-fidelity visual assets for web pages and social media.
• Design and update marketing materials including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, one-pagers, and ecosystem collateral.
• Create and edit visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Perform photo compositing and light image retouching as needed.
• Produce and edit short-form video content using Premiere.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and presentation materials.

• This role is responsible for building, managing, and owning both internal stakeholder relationships and external partner and customer relationships.

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions
• Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, California.
• This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and/or stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
• Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
