The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving data-informed marketing strategies and optimizing campaign performance across multiple channels. This position combines analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and support business growth initiatives. Content Strategy & Communication
· Lead the planning, development, and execution of ALC’s internal and external communications, including the weekly newsletter, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
· Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance analytics.
· Oversee the creation and refinement of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, business cards, presentations), maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
· Ensure all communications effectively position ALC’s core programs to target audiences through clear, compelling, and compliant messaging.
· Establish content standards, tone guidelines, and messaging frameworks to elevate brand consistency and market positioning.
Event Marketing & Campaign Activation
· Lead marketing support for events, including webinars, conferences, and community events, ensuring strong promotion, attendance, and post-event engagement.
· Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute event marketing strategies, including digital promotion, collateral development, and on-site branding.
· Evaluate event performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
Marketing Analytics & Insights
· Design and implement frameworks to measure marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints.
· Analyze data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media platforms to generate actionable insights.
· Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
· Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Video Production & Creative Design
· Lead the planning, production, and editing of video content to support marketing campaigns, brand storytelling.
· Produce and edit high-quality videos for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and events.
· Collaborate with team to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual content
· Manage video assets, branding elements, and creative guidelines to ensure consistency across all multimedia outputs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or creative production
· Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing
· Proficiency in video editing and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
· Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
· Fluent Mandarin Speaker Preferred
