Marketing Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a event project with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a non profit organization in Washington DC. This role is hybrid 2 days in office 3 days work from home. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with webinar technology vendors and sponsors from kickoff through post‑campaign wrap‑up across 50+ virtual and in‑person events. Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve issues, answer stakeholder questions, monitor campaign performance, and deliver timely recap reports to clients and sales teams.
- Coordinate and maintain the annual calendar for webinar and lead generation campaigns, ensuring visibility into KPIs, campaign status, and ongoing updates within the Asana project management platform.
- Support content marketing efforts in maintaining online media kit, uploading content and case studies and manage newsletter campaigns.
- Support sponsor onboarding and activation, including pre-event promotion, onsite branding, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- Proficiency in HTML, Wordpress, and marketing automation tools, with Eloqua preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and sales teams.
Experience:
- 2+ years of working experience in marketing and/or marketing space
Employment Type: 11 month contract
Compensation: $26.67-$33.33 per hour
