Graphic Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our client in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various platforms. Your work will contribute to our branding efforts, enhance user experiences, and deliver impactful visual communication for our projects.
This is a 40 hr/week, 3- month role with the potential to extend to 2 years.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Photoshop compositing and retouching experience
4+ years of experience
Working knowledge of Typographic Layout
4+ years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4+ years of experience; Ability to articulate design decisions with managers and colleagues.

- Motion Design
- Figma Prototyping
- Monday.com
- AI familiarity
- Previos media or entertainment experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for print and digital media
- Provide graphic design solutions to support for various marketing channels: in-app, dotcom, email, and paid media
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling visual content
- Utilize software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality graphics
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Design layouts for web pages, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience (UX)
- Create and maintain style guides to ensure design consistency
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and present design ideas to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative work
- Photoshop compositing, Email/Newsletter experience.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
