Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and retention.
- Create targeted content strategies that align with company goals and resonate with our audience.
- Manage A/B testing and performance tracking to improve effectiveness.
- Execute campaigns including automations, segmentation, and list management while ensuring data accuracy within our CRM.
Social Media & Brand Advocacy
- Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms, ensuring a consistent tone.
- Develop and schedule regular posts and stories to enhance brand visibility.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and partnerships to enhance brand reputation.
Content Development
- Collaborate on the creation of a monthly newsletter covering industry trends and company news.
- Write, edit, and curate on-brand content tailored to our target audience.
- Design visual assets (graphics and branded content) for LinkedIn and other social channels.
Performance Analysis
- Track and report on marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, social engagement) to refine strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email, content, and social media.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, ActiveCampaign, Expandii.io, or Google Analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Mindset: Ability to interpret data, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects.
