About The Role
Fluidstack is building a brand that reflects what we actually are: the company deploying GPU supercomputers faster than anyone else in the world, for customers building AGI. You are the person who makes it real every day.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will own the social calendar and post on the corporate account as well as those of our leaders. You will write copy that people actually read. You will coordinate logistics for events we host and attend, from booths at GTC to dinners for top tier talent at Supercomputing. You will create functional and beautiful swag that does not end up in a landfill. You will work fast, care about craft, and ensure eyeballs reach our website and social content.
The right person for this role has taste. They know the difference between a good post and a forgettable one, between an event that creates a memory and one that just fills a calendar slot. They are excited about AI and infrastructure, not just tech in general. And they are genuinely good at getting things done.
You Will
- Run the day-to-day social media presence for Fluidstack across X and LinkedIn: writing posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and surfacing what is working to the org. Know what the numbers mean and have opinions about what to do next.
- Draft written content across formats: social copy, short-form blog posts, event recaps, newsletter blurbs, product announcements, and anything else the content calendar demands.
- Coordinate logistics for Fluidstack's presence at conferences and events. This means venue research, vendor management, attendee coordination, run-of-show, and on-the-ground execution.
- Own the swag program end-to-end: sourcing vendors, managing inventory, coordinating drops for events and customer gifting, and making sure what we put our name on is actually good.
- Support the production of longer-form content: gathering inputs from engineering and product, coordinating reviews, formatting and publishing finished pieces.
- Manage the content calendar and keep projects moving across multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing track of anything.
- Handle miscellaneous brand execution work as the function scales: asset coordination, vendor relationships, internal brand requests, and whatever else needs an owner.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a brand, content, marketing, events, or communications role at a tech company. Generalist experience is fine; shallow experience is not.
- Strong writing skills. You write clean, direct copy without being asked to revise it three times. You have a sense of voice and can match a brand's tone.
- Genuine interest in AI, infrastructure, datacenters, or developer tools. You do not need to know what a chiller or InfiniBand is on day one, but you need to be the kind of person who looks it up and finds it interesting.
- Proven ability to manage logistics for events or programs with multiple moving parts. You are the person who sends the follow-up, confirms the details, and catches what others miss.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and not everything is written down yet.
- Organized and reliable. When you own something, it gets done.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media for a B2B tech brand, especially in infrastructure, cloud, AI, or developer tooling.
- Experience coordinating presence at large technical conferences (SC, GTC, AWS re:Invent, or similar).
- Experience managing a swag or branded merchandise program, including vendor sourcing and inventory.
- Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Figma, Notion, or similar content and design platforms at a basic level.
- A portfolio of social content, event work, or writing samples that you are proud of.
