Company Overview
The company is the global catalog and special markets division of a leading music group. Working closely with various record labels, territories, and operating companies, the company takes a frontline approach to catalog management, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives and innovative technology. The Audience Growth team is built on foundations of Insights, Community Engagement, Strategy, and Data Collection. The team supports marketing efforts through the creation and implementation of digital campaigns to increase fan engagement, grow owned audiences across platforms, partner with external organizations, and execute forward-thinking digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Audience Growth leads to develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns focused on audience growth and engagement (increasing listeners, subscribers, international consumption, etc.).
• Assist in campaign execution with a focus on global audience engagement.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with artists and their representatives.
• Partner with the CRM team to establish newsletter strategy and manage the artist CRM/SMS editorial calendar.
• Stay current with social media trends, short-form content strategies, and fan engagement techniques; oversee social media calendaring and execution.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail while managing timelines, due dates, and prioritizing tasks.
• Leverage experience with influencer and creator marketing campaigns, micro communities, and emerging trends to develop effective campaigns that drive audience growth and streaming consumption.
• Analyze digital marketing data across social media, CRM, and digital advertising, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bring progressive digital marketing strategies and creative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader Audience Growth team and related departments including Project Management, International, Content, Commercial Marketing, Production, A&R, and Publicity.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, creative agency, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience in global music digital marketing, preferably across multiple genres.
• Innovative mindset and knowledge of the current AI landscape.
• Understanding of both today's and tomorrow’s music industry technologies and marketplace.
• Working knowledge of advertising, CRM, fan engagement, analytics, and eagerness to learn more.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to be a trusted team member.
• Awareness and enthusiasm for new digital trends and platforms.
• Proficiency in collaboration and asset management tools.
• Passion for experimentation, reinvention, and creative music marketing.
• Strong attention to detail in all operations.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Professional discretion is required for sensitive projects and communication.
