Position Summary
:The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, working autonomously to drive customer engagement and retention strategies. This role provides coverage for the Director of Lifecycle Marketing during maternity leave, requiring strong strategic thinking, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration with the Director of Brand and Director of Product. - onIndependently manage campaign production, including writing high-performing email and SMS copy, collaborating with the design team on creative assets, conducting quality assurance, and deploying campaigns through our email and SMS service provider
