The Opportunity
We are hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to build and run the operational backbone of the Exactius Growth sales engine from the ground up. This is the person who will architect, execute, and maintain the systems, content, and processes that make our entire sales organization run.
This role’s main objective is to make sure the senior sales team is fully prepared, fully armed, and fully organized for every sales conversation so they can walk into any call and deliver.
You will own everything that happens between "we have a prospect" and "we're on the call." Custom decks built to each target company. Prep docs ready before every meeting. HubSpot organized to the point of obsession. Content personalized to each vertical and each prospect. Retargeting sequences that keep us top-of-mind. And a CRM that leadership never has to think about organizing, because you already have.
You will work across four businesses:
Exactius Growth (scaling companies), Castle Roads (non-dilutive growth capital for recurring revenue businesses), and two stealth ventures we are launching this year.
You will operate with autonomy and be accountable for results, not activity. You are the strategist AND the executor.
You build the system, then you run it.
This is the perfect role for someone who is a builder at heart, has strong design and content instincts, and uses modern tools (including generative AI) to produce at a pace and quality that would normally require a team of three. You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership team.
About Exactius Growth
Exactius Growth partners with consumer companies and nonprofits, installing a squad of best-in-class growth operators, enabled by AI and data science, and led by seasoned CMOs to drive rapid, capital-efficient growth.
We've taken a partner from $0 to $500M in annual revenue in 5 years, scaled multiple partners from $10M to north of $100M, and launched a nonprofit from $0 to $6M in donations in under 6 months. We move fast, we measure everything, and we use AI as a core operating advantage.
What You Will Actually Do (Week 1 and Beyond)
We want to be transparent. Here is what this role looks like day-to-day:
- Build Decks Daily: Open your design tools, open Claude, and produce company-specific sales decks and collateral. You are the person who makes the materials. There is no one else to hand it off to.
- Prep Every Call: Before any sales meeting, you've already built the briefing doc, customized the deck, and confirmed that leadership has everything they need.
- Keep HubSpot Immaculate: Contacts are segmented, deals are staged correctly, follow-ups are scheduled, dashboards are current. If someone asks "where's the deck for Prospect X?" the answer is one click away.
- Build Workflows: Continuously design, test, and improve content production and automation workflows that let one person produce the output of a team. This is how you scale before we hire.
- Run Retargeting: Set up and monitor personalized content sequences that keep prospects engaged between conversations. Track what's working and kill what isn't.
- Feed the Funnel: Every piece of content exists to drive a business outcome. You create assets that sales uses directly to engage prospects, that drive inbound leads, and that build long-term brand equity.
- Coordinate with Content: Sync regularly with the Senior Director of B2B Marketing & Content to align sales materials with the broader content engine and ensure brand consistency.
- Ship, Don't Wait: You don't ask for permission or wait for a committee. You see a gap, you fill it. A prospect needs a custom one-pager by tomorrow? You build it today.
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
- 3 to 5 years in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a content-heavy marketing role with direct sales support experience. You've built sales materials, managed a CRM, and supported a sales team before.
- Proven fluency with modern tools: You actively use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) alongside design and productivity tools in your daily workflow. You can demonstrate specific examples of how your toolkit has dramatically multiplied your output. This is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Full-stack content creator: Strong aesthetic design sense combined with persuasive copywriting ability. You can build a polished pitch deck, write compelling copy for a one-pager, and design a clean case study layout. You don't need a designer to make things look professional.
- HubSpot proficiency (or equivalent CRM experience): You know how to structure pipelines, build workflows, segment contacts, and create dashboards. Bonus if you've administered HubSpot as the primary owner.
- Data-driven: You measure what matters. You can set up tracking, analyze performance, and make decisions based on data, not gut feel. You've owned KPIs like content usage, pipeline contribution, and deal velocity.
- Highly organized and systems-minded: You think in terms of templates, naming conventions, folder structures, and repeatable processes. You build systems that scale, not one-off fixes.
The DNA
- Builder Mentality: You get energy from creating something from nothing. When the path isn't defined, you define it. You don't wait for permission or process. You ship.
- High Agency: You are resourceful, autonomous, and relentlessly solution-oriented. You don't bring problems. You bring solutions with the problem attached.
- Ownership Mindset: You think like an owner. You care about the outcome (deals won, leadership prepared, pipeline organized) not just the deliverable.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting B2B services or consulting sales (selling to founders, CEOs, or C-suite)
- Background in building automation workflows.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
- Multi-channel experience across LinkedIn, email/newsletter, webinars, and sales enablement content
- A portfolio or examples of sales decks, collateral, or enablement assets you've created
- Deep understanding of DTC GTM playbooks
Why Exactius
- Real Impact: Work directly with founders building companies from $0 to $500M+. The materials you build directly influence revenue.
- AI-First Culture: We don't just talk about AI. It's embedded in how we operate. You'll have the tools, budget, and freedom to build workflows your way.
- Autonomy & Ownership: No layers of management. No committees. You own the result.
- Career-Defining Opportunity: Build a sales enablement function from scratch with the backing of a team that has generated hundreds of millions in revenue for its partners.
- Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere. We care about output, not hours.
