Socialike is looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to help and grow our agency. We are looking for a passionate and motivated entrepreneur with a desire to help shape an organization where the sky’s the limit. Someone who loves agency life but wants to rethink and reinvent client engagement and value creation. What You’ll Do
- Manage the day to day social media needs for our clients; our primary services include
- Editorial calendar management
- Managing our content creators and optimizing short form videos (you will not be creating content)
- Influencer marketing
- Working with our graphics team to ensure content is on brand
- Executing brand partnerships
- Assisting with newsletter execution
- Managing all communication with the client
- Develop creative concepts, strategies, and solutions for social media campaigns across various platforms (organic and paid)
- Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and goals and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Optimizing quarterly brainstorms and thinking ahead for yearly plans
- Presently they feel more like content concepts than cohesive plans
- Assist in setting up and managing TikTok Shop
- Ensure all quarterly plans are strategic and building the brand
- Ensure all new clients have a well-thought-out strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our campaigns are innovative and effective
- Present creative concepts to clients and provide strategic recommendations to help achieve their goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
- Assist in creating graphics when necessary (Ideally, we don’t want this to ever happen)
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends
- Depending on capabilities, managing photoshoots and, if not managing the shoots, assisting as capabilities allow
- Assist in client onboarding and client assimilation to company procedures
- Assist in managing our content creation program
- When time allows writing but primarily optimizing briefs
- Managing relationships with existing creators and finding new ones
- Optimizing process when applicable
- Helping to build out “The Socialike Studio” of preferred creators who know our brands and can assist us in conceptualizing concepts
- Assit in managing our influencers

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years agency and managerial experience
- Demonstrates competence in big picture strategic planning and business development Immaculate organizational and operational skills
- Ability to collaborate well and passion to lead others
- Effective monitoring, professional on-the-spot communication skills, quick decision-making, good judgment, ability to be calm in the face of stress, ability to think globally
- Ability to deal professionally with clients Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- You have excellent communication (public speaking included) and interpersonal skills
- You’re a problem-solver by nature
- You have an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- You’re extremely detail-oriented
