THE ROLE
We're looking for a strategic, community-minded Marketing & Partnerships Manager to own all marketing for the practice — solo. That means you'll set the strategy and execute it, build partnerships and manage them, plan events and show up for them.
You'll work directly alongside our CEO & Founder, serve as the single dedicated marketing professional for the practice, and play a central role in how we grow, connect, and show up in the Austin community.
This is not a siloed content role. This is the whole thing.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
– Annual marketing strategy and KPIs, built around the practice's growth goals
– Community and corporate wellness partnerships — researching, pitching, securing, and managing them
– End-to-end event planning, logistics, and on-site execution
– All content channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, email/newsletter, and website
– Brand voice, visual consistency, and HIPAA-compliant messaging across every touchpoint
– SEO strategy and blog coordination to drive organic referral traffic
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
– 3–5+ years in marketing, communications, or business development — with real strategic experience, not just execution
– A track record of building and managing community or corporate partnerships
– Experience in healthcare, mental health, wellness, or a mission-driven setting (strongly preferred)
– Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, Airtable, Squarespace, and social media platforms
– An understanding of HIPAA and ethical marketing practices in healthcare
– An existing Austin network — community orgs, corporate contacts, referral sources — is a big plus
– Spanish language proficiency is a plus
THE DETAILS
– 1099 Independent Contractor, 35 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
– $40/hour, commensurate with experience
– Based in Austin, TX — in-person and hybrid; proximity to CEO required
– Occasional evenings and weekends for community events
