Why This Role Is Different
We need a senior content marketer who can build the content engine end-to-end — strategy, calendar, creators (human + AI), distribution, measurement. You’ll partner with the AI Influencer fleet as your in-house content team and direct it the way a VP of Content directs human writers.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute the content calendar across blog, social, email, podcast, video
- Direct AI Influencers as content teammates — brief, review, edit, ship
- Write long-form pieces yourself when the topic deserves a human-led voice
- Partner with product/eng/founder on launches and thought-leadership pieces
- Track and report on what content drives signup, retention, and pipeline
Who You Are
- 4+ years of content marketing at a B2B SaaS, dev tool, or creator-economy company
- Track record of content that drove pipeline or retention — not just traffic
- Strong portfolio of published work across at least 2 formats
- Daily user of AI tools
