Role Description
B2B
- Own positioning and messaging for technical buyers
- Ship credible marketing assets: cost comparisons, benchmarks, migration stories, case studies, and content
- Build enterprise relationships: support conversations with larger buyers, demos, one-pagers, follow-up materials, working with the founder as needed
B2C
- Own consumer growth: positioning, landing experience, launch campaigns, and creator/social tests aimed at user growth.
- Run campaigns and channels: blog/SEO, X, newsletters/creators, community presence (e.g. HN, Reddit, dev/AI spaces), and partnership outreach
- Run disciplined experiments; learn fast without sacrificing brand quality.
Ideal candidate:
- 2+ years in marketing/growth, ideally B2B tech (API, SaaS, infrastructure, or AI products).
- Ability to systemise marketing/sales
- Strength across content, campaigns, and relationships
- Comfort selling a technical product to technical buyers (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be able to talk to engineers and understanding API docs).
- Experience with both bottoms-up adoption and helping close larger B2B deals (even if you haven’t run a full enterprise marketing team).
- Bonus: consumer app growth, creator/newsletter campaigns, or AI/developer community credibility
Not the right fit:
- You only do brand or performance marketing without technical product sense
- You want a big agency and mature martech on day one
Compensation
- Full-time, remote-friendly
- Base salary: 80k-100k
- Equity options available depending on experience
