We are building Token Router, a developer-focused platform that helps users access, manage, and switch across multiple AI model APIs more easily. Our goal is to provide developers, AI startups, and product teams with a more flexible and efficient way to work with leading AI models across providers.
We are at an exciting early stage of product and growth, and we are looking for someone who is highly passionate about AI, execution-oriented, and eager to help us build a strong developer community, drive user growth, and improve the full journey from awareness to activation to retention.
Role Mission
We're hiring a Growth Engineer to own the full surface area of how PaleBlueDot AI's TokenRouter( tokenrouter.com) shows up to our two core audiences: startups/developers building on AI and enterprises adopting it. This is a client-facing, product-marketing-adjacent role spanning Discord community, email and newsletter campaigns, blog and social content (X, LinkedIn, Reddit), offline presence (meetups, workshops, hackathons), partnership outreach, brand development, developer relations, marketing campaigns, and incentive programs (referrals, credits, power-user rewards). We need someone who can run a community, ship a hackathon, close a partnership conversation, design a campaign that actually converts, and translate what startups and enterprise customers want back into product decisions, often in the same week.
Key Responsibilities
- The ideal hire is sharp enough to speak credibly about TokenRouter and the underlying model landscape, understanding what startups and enterprises actually need around usage management, evals, integration, cost control, and reliability, and can move fluently between both segments, recognizing that a scrappy seed-stage team and a Fortune 500 buyer have very different priorities, timelines, and channels. You're commercially minded enough to drive adoption and partnerships across both, and operationally strong enough to run multiple channels. You work independently with little guidance, use AI every day, have hands-on experience with agentic workflows, and bring a growth mindset that thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in developer-focused products, SaaS, developer tools, API platforms, or related areas is strongly preferred
- Experience in community operations, user growth, or product growth
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Must be based in Silicon Valley / San Francisco Bay Area
- Highly passionate about AI and excited to work in the AI product space
- Strong execution, ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving early-stage environment
