Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives paired with an effective project management mindset.
- Proven ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

As the Central Strategy and Operations Manager on YouTube's Trust and Safety Operations team, you will manage core processes and lead projects across the global Trust and Safety Operations organization. You will help YouTube prevent harm by ensuring that our operations organization operates effectively with the strategy, processes, and insights needed to be successful. In this role, you may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver internal communications, including biweekly leadership newsletter, All Team meetings, and other bespoke communications/presentations.
- Manage team budget processes, including allocations, policy guidance, and utilization.
- Support cross-team programs and initiatives (manager communities, knowledge sharing, global offsite).
- Lead other programs, processes, and special projects in support of Trust and Safety operations priorities.
