Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Persian (Farsi) speaking Advertising Sales Representative to help grow our advertising partnerships throughout the United States and Canada.
This is a 100% commission-based remote position with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
* Identify and contact potential advertisers
* Build relationships with Persian-owned businesses and organizations
* Present YouPersian advertising opportunities
* Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media
* Follow up with prospects and close advertising deals
* Maintain an active sales pipeline
Requirements
* Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and English
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Ability to work independently
* Previous sales, advertising, marketing, or business development experience is a plus
Preferred
* Existing relationships within Persian communities in the U.S. or Canada
* Experience selling advertising, sponsorships, digital marketing, media, or business services
* Strong network of business owners and professionals
Compensation
* 100% Commission-Based
