The Opportunity
This is a rare entry-level opportunity to join a luxury wellness brand at the ground floor. As the first marketing hire, you will work directly alongside the founder, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, brand strategy, and business growth. For a motivated creative with a passion for wellness, this role offers a defined path to grow into a leadership position as the practice scales.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Multimedia Marketing Assistant to capture and bring the SThree Wellness experience to life across digital platforms. You will produce elevated visual content, support the launch and production of our podcast, and help build a community around the intersection of fitness, recovery, nutrition, and self-care. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated creative eye, a genuine interest in luxury wellness, and the versatility to move between video, photo, audio, and written content.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Content Creation
- Film, photograph, and edit elevated short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website—capturing our Sports pillar (personal training, movement, strength and conditioning), our Spa pillar (massage therapy, bodywork, beauty and skincare services), and our Smoothies pillar (functional nutrition, smoothie and juice offerings, wellness education).
- Capture the ambiance of our Orlando practice through thoughtful visual storytelling that reflects our luxury positioning.
- Design on-brand static posts, carousels, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Write compelling, voice-aligned captions, website copy, and email newsletter content that educates and inspires our audience.
Podcast Production
- Support the launch and ongoing production of the SThree Wellness podcast, covering topics that span fitness, spa and recovery, nutrition, and holistic living.
- Edit audio episodes (cleanup, mixing, adding intro/outro elements) using tools such as Descript, Audacity, or Adobe Audition.
- Create audiograms, episode cover art, and social media teasers for each episode.
- Write show notes and assist with guest coordination.
Social Media Strategy & Community Management
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities, seasonal offerings, and wellness trends.
- Monitor performance metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy.
- Engage authentically with our community across platforms—responding to comments and messages in a manner consistent with our elevated brand voice.
Administrative & Creative Support
- Organize and maintain our digital asset library (photo, video, audio files).
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, blog content, and promotional initiatives.
- Research industry trends across fitness, spa and recovery, functional nutrition, and the broader luxury wellness space.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to the founder.
Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality short-form video content (portfolio, reel, or sample work required).
- Proficiency in at least one video/photo editing platform (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop.
- Strong written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- An aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury, wellness, and lifestyle branding.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Based in or willing to commute to Orlando, FL.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience or strong personal interest in one or more of the SThree pillars: sports/fitness, spa/massage/beauty, or functional nutrition.
- Familiarity with audio editing software (Descript, Audacity, GarageBand, Adobe Audition).
- Prior internship, freelance, or content creation experience in wellness, hospitality, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Photography skills and an eye for natural light, texture, and composition.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
