Corporate
- Manage corporate insurance and third-party renewals, including platforms like Avetta, Ariba and ISNetworld
- Serve as the administrator for digital tools, such as Canva and Prezi
- Coordinate national awards and rankings submissions, such as ABC STEP, Safe Day, and AQC
- Support strategic projects for department process improvement
- Monitor and document professional achievements and community engagements of corporate leaders
- Support market sector client email campaigns focused and targeted trade show campaigns
- Coordinate and produce the quarterly OWN newsletter
- Act as the bridge between Marketing and Communications content
- Provide ad support for national industry publications, such as ABC, WIC, and ENR
- Coordinate marketing highlights, manage content for Connect, gather examples, etc.
Relationship/Project Management
- Act as relationship/account manager for our programs and logistics with vendors including FastSigns- jobsite and other signage; HDS- company store; American Business Supply- stationery; ExpoDisplays- trade show displays
Employee-Facing Initiatives
- Prepare Decades of Service slides and retirement videos
- Coordinate the company’s annual promotions announcement
- Support Senior Management Group meetings by preparing agendas, project highlight videos, and presenters’ content
- Execute annual Founders Award and Decades of Service needs including honoree gifts and office display updates
- Organize headshots for each Cultivate
Events
- Coordinate quarterly local department outings and support planning for the annual department retreat
Qualifications
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of corporate communications, marketing, or public relations experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, public relations, journalism/English, or a related business field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and time management skills; familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong writing and editing skills and knowledge of AP style
- Ability to easily understand and communicate complex information
- Availability for occasional local and out-of-town travel (5%)
