Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer Company: Gittings Global
About UsGittings Global is the creative partner behind how the country's most respected professional service firms show up in the world. We photograph more than 20,000 headshots a year across 658 cities, and we have been mastering this craft for nearly a century. Headshots are where we started — today our work spans across both video and photography.
The RoleWe are hiring a Marketing Lead to own and run marketing at Gittings Global. The Marketing Lead works directly with our Chief Revenue Officer to execute an ambitious annual marketing plan built around association partnerships, conference programs, new product launches, and a high-volume content engine — and is the person responsible for making it all happen.
This role is supported, not solo. Resources include a marketing manager, an in-house video producer, freelance editors and writers, and a leadership team that shows up at conferences and is active on LinkedIn. The Marketing Lead orchestrates all of it: executing the strategy, setting the calendar, running the campaigns, managing the contractors, and keeping everything pointed at pipeline.
What You Will Do- Own our association and conference marketing. Plan and execute sponsorships, paid placements, and co-branded webinars with industry associations such as LMA and ALA, and run our conference playbook end to end — pre-event meeting outreach, on-site presence and events, and structured follow-up that turns conversations into pipeline.
- Bring new products to market. Build and maintain dedicated landing pages, email sequences, and campaign content for each of our photography and video offerings, and run cross-sell campaigns to existing clients.
- Run the content engine. Manage our production calendar across LinkedIn, video series, blog, and newsletter. Coordinate editors and creators, support executive posting with drafted content, and keep volume high without letting quality slip.
- Execute signature campaigns. Curated gift box sends to target firms, invitation-only client events in major markets, and client-only previews of new offerings.
- Build lifecycle marketing into our client platform. Develop triggered email sequences and in-app promotion that turn existing client activity into cross-sell conversations.
- Build and maintain sales and marketing collateral. Develop decks, one-pagers, and case studies that equip the sales team and support the full buyer journey.
- Measure what matters. Track campaign performance, meetings booked, and pipeline influence in HubSpot, and recommend where to spend more and what to cut.
- Lead the marketing budget. Propose spend across sponsorships, campaigns, and contractors, with approval from the CRO.
What Success Looks Like- Our brand appears in association newsletters, webinars, and member channels all year — not just on the conference floor.
- Every conference we attend has meetings booked before we arrive and a follow-up sequence ready before it starts.
- Each product has its own landing page, email sequence, and campaign — with real data on what is converting.
- Content ships consistently every week, from executive LinkedIn posts to video series to client emails.
- Marketing spend is tied to pipeline, and the numbers behind it are clear.
Who You Are- A marketer who has run B2B programs before — not just content, but campaigns, events, and partnerships with a revenue number attached.
- A strong writer and a sharper editor. Much of the content will be produced by others; the Marketing Lead ensures everything that ships meets a high bar.
- Organized enough to run six initiatives at once and honest enough to flag when something should be cut.
- Proficient in HubSpot, or able to get there quickly.
- A self-starter who can take direction on Monday and present finished work by Friday.
- Available to travel for conferences and client events several times a year.
Experience in legal or professional services marketing is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about the ability to execute.
