Partner Marketing Coordinator
Premium entertainment and streaming company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Partner Marketing Coordinator to support partner-facing campaigns across major OTT platforms and digital channels. This role will be responsible for bringing marketing initiatives to life across major distribution and device partners, helping drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and fluent in digital campaign execution, stakeholder management, and partner marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute partner marketing campaigns across OTT platforms and connected devices, managing assets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals to support subscriber growth.
- Lead cross-channel digital marketing execution across on-platform, web, email, and social channels, optimizing content delivery and campaign performance to increase engagement across partner ecosystems.
- Develop and execute quarterly email strategies for key partner audiences, delivering recurring campaigns focused on programming highlights, cultural moments, and theatrical tie-ins to support subscriber retention.
- Own end-to-end execution of recurring in-app promotional events within leading app marketplaces, driving acquisition and engagement by promoting priority titles and major tentpole moments to both new and existing users.
- Produce and distribute a monthly partner newsletter for OTT and linear distribution teams, keeping stakeholders informed of important programming updates, campaign timing, and merchandising opportunities.
- Ensure all partner marketing assets reflect consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual standards.
- Create monthly audience segmentation decks with priority title recommendations to optimize targeting for platform merchandising placements, promotional emails, and partner marketing opportunities.
- Manage campaign calendars and maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and flawless execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future partner marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with distribution, programming, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing plans with business priorities and content strategy.
- Support testing and optimization efforts across partner channels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and subscriber retention.
- Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for partner marketing relationships, helping troubleshoot issues, manage approvals, and maintain strong collaboration.
- Ensure all campaigns and partner-facing materials are delivered accurately, on brand, and in accordance with platform-specific requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content distribution marketing.
- Strong understanding of OTT platforms, streaming ecosystems, and subscriber acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels including email, web, social, and platform-native placements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate timelines, approvals, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including experience with audience segmentation and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, distribution, programming, and partner teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
