Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, test, and deploy high-volume email campaigns using enterprise email marketing platforms
- Perform thorough quality assurance testing across multiple email clients and devices to ensure accurate rendering and functionality
- Collaborate with creative, content, marketing, localization, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather assets and execute campaign launches
- Build and troubleshoot email templates using HTML and CSS
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve rendering, formatting, and code-related issues prior to deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience producing and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience using enterprise email service providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development, including troubleshooting rendering and formatting issues
