About The Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and channels. This position is designed for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their marketing skills. The role involves coordinating email marketing campaigns, maintaining digital content, supporting website updates, managing marketing data, and assisting with event logistics. Working closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager, the Coordinator ensures that campaigns are delivered accurately, timely, and aligned with strategic marketing objectives. This full-time, hourly position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation.
The role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and does not have any direct reports. It is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay, and offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional development.
Qualifications
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Experience or growing knowledge in email marketing, campaign coordination, and digital content management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of website content management systems and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a marketing team environment
- Prior experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications via Informz
- Assist with email quality assurance, including proofreading, link testing, and segmentation checks
- Maintain and organize email campaign calendars and workflows to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and manage campaign assets and content
- Track marketing projects, email requests, and campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Help ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including email, website, and social media
- Support website updates by coordinating with teams to refresh banners, messaging, and featured content
- Assist in basic website content management and updates
- Maintain clean and accurate email lists, support segmentation efforts, and monitor engagement metrics
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and assist with analytics to inform future strategies
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and member engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including outreach calls to members for renewals
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the marketing leadership
