We’re looking for a Communications Specialist in Austin, TX to help manage the information that keeps teams, customers, and projects connected. You’ll work across written communications, internal updates, promotional materials, and day-to-day communication projects.
This role would suit someone who writes clearly, stays organized, notices details, and enjoys working with different people and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications
- Draft emails, announcements, newsletters, and company updates
- Help create presentations, written materials, and promotional content
- Coordinate information between departments and make sure updates reach the right people
- Maintain communication schedules, contact lists, and project records
- Support marketing and promotional communications when required
- Review written materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Follow up with teams to collect information needed for communications
- Assist with meetings, presentations, and communication projects
- Help organize company announcements and internal updates
- Track communication projects and outstanding requests
- Provide general support across communications and administrative projects
What’s Important
You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, good organization, attention to detail, and confidence using email, documents, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
Previous communications, marketing, administration, customer service, sales, events, or office
experience is useful.
We’re looking for someone who can manage several pieces of information at once, communicate professionally with different teams, and keep work moving when priorities change.
