Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid) | Full-Time | $71,500 - $74,000/year
About the Role
A large public university’s digital learning division is hiring a Communications Specialist to join its Student Journey team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing targeted communication campaigns that guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment and support current students through registration, financial aid, and degree completion, reaching both national and international audiences.

The specialist will use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder and AMPscript), leverage AI-driven personalization tools, and take a data-first approach to segment audiences, run multivariate tests, and track engagement and ROI. The work involves close collaboration with academic units, support services, CRM teams, enrollment centers, and data teams to build comprehensive, non-redundant communication strategies.
This is a hybrid role requiring reliable commuting to the Scottsdale, Arizona office.
