From social media and content creation to email marketing and website updates, we support entrepreneurs and medium sized businesses in telling their stories—and making sure they’re seen.
We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Part-Time Marketing Project Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone excited about hands-on marketing experience and growing their creative skillset in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Assisting with email newsletter drafting, editing, and setup (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Basic graphic design in Canva or Adobe (Instagram graphics, quote cards, carousel posts)
- Organizing content libraries and creative assets (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Assisting on-site with photo/video shoots or client content days (as needed, approximately 1–2 times per month)
- Social media content creation
- Uploading blogs, testimonials, and updates to client websites (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify)
- Pulling performance metrics reports (engagement, follower growth, email open rates)
- Conducting basic competitor research and sourcing content inspiration
- Updating spreadsheets, task lists, and project boards (Asana, Trello, Notion)
- Occasional light copywriting for captions, emails, or web content drafts
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ year of experience in marketing, administration, social media, or content-related work (internship experience counts)
- Proficiency with Canva and major social platforms; familiarity with Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus
- Comfortable with basic copywriting and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Based in Austin, TX or nearby (hybrid role with occasional in-person work)
- Reliable transportation to client sites within Austin if needed.
