Responsibilities:
- Assists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
- Maintains Computed Tomography USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools
- Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
- Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales
- Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter.
- Must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
- The Market Communications Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs.
- Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows.
- Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
- Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
- Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
