We’re not looking for a button pusher. This isn’t about sending another Mailchimp newsletter.
Superpower is building the future of preventative healthcare—one touchpoint at a time. We’re looking for someone to own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and beyond. Someone who sees flows not as drip campaigns, but as choreography. Who gets excited about behavior-driven logic, message timing, and what actually gets someone to act.
This is a role for someone who can build
and write. A builder-operator hybrid who thrives in Klaviyo and Twilio, but also deeply understands the human behind the funnel. You’ll help us design journeys that feel personal, helpful, and like a nudge from someone who
gets you.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and operate Superpower’s lifecycle marketing across Klaviyo and Twilio (email, SMS, and future touchpoints)
- Build automations that speak to members at every step of the journey—from interest to onboarding to lifelong engagement
- Design, write, and iterate on flows that improve retention, conversion, and trust
- Segment and personalize outreach to reflect who someone is and what they need next
- Work closely with growth, clinical, and product teams to integrate lifecycle into the broader experience
You Might Be:
- An growth hire / founder who is on the tools at an ecommerce brands or other direct to consumer companies
- A lifecycle generalist who’s scaled systems from scratch—and isn’t afraid of setting up the plumbing
- Someone who thinks in user journeys, not one-off blasts
- The person on your last team who said “should this be a triggered flow instead?”
You Must:
- Be fluent in Klaviyo (bonus if you’ve worked with Twilio or similar SMS platforms)
- Have experience building complex lifecycle flows and testing them systematically
- Understand what great copy sounds like—and write it
- Be proactive, autonomous, and able to take messy input and turn it into a crisp execution plan
This is a high-leverage, high-agency role. You’ll shape how every member experiences Superpower—from curiosity to lifelong loyalty.
