Creative Content & Brand Operations Assistant (Remote – U.S. Only)
Support Two Fast-Growing Digital Brands in Empowerment + Financial Services
We’re looking for a dependable, creative, and purpose-driven digital assistant who can bring big ideas to life through thoughtful content creation, digital product packaging, and operational support across two mission-led brands.
This is a remote role for someone who takes initiative, has an eye for beautiful digital design, and genuinely cares about making an impact.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand 1: Women’s Lifestyle & Empowerment (Digital Products + Personal Development)
– Design and format digital products using Canva or similar tools
– Ensure all products are fillable, brand-aligned, and ready for digital sale
– Create bundles, kits, and marketing assets
– Upload digital products and merchandise to the website and social platforms
– Maintain and update online store visuals, landing pages, and product listings
– Upload weekly podcast, blog, and email newsletter to the website and social media channels
Brand 2: Professional Financial Services (Accounting + Business Strategy)
– Assist with compiling and upload blog posts twice per month
– Design weekly social media content (graphics, captions, posts)
– Engage with leads on LinkedIn and other social platforms
– Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
– Support online visibility through digital marketing best practices
– Help improve visibility through SEO, Google Business Profile, and basic Google Analytics reporting
– Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative without constant direction

– Google Business & basic SEO tools
– Google Analytics (basic level helpful)
