Freeman+Leonard is searching for a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for a privately held b2b company in the Addison area. Candidates must be able to be onsite full time, with a background in CRM systems in a b2b environment, have Google Analytics and Google AdWords expertise, SEO strategy and agency management skills with 6-8+ years' experience. Digital Strategy & Execution
- Manage and optimize digital channels including search, display, web and email to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Own and execute CRM-based marketing initiatives including newsletters and automated email campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.
- Support integrated campaigns with hands-on setup, tracking and performance analysis
- Provide input on digital media planning, targeting and optimization
SEO/SEM & Web Optimization
- Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and SEO technical audits
- Manage paid search and display advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
- Oversee the user journey, content strategy and overall efficacy of the website
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve site speed, UX, mobile experience and engagement
Analytics & Performance Insights
- Own digital reporting across platforms like Google Analytics, SEMRush and Google Search Console
- Track and optimize the full digital sales funnel including conversion metrics across touchpoints
- Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to improve engagement and outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights
Tools & Platform Ownership
- Configure and optimize tools such as WordPress, Zoho, Google Analytics, SEMRush and Google Ads
- Ensure the digital tech stack is optimized for seamless integration and conversion
- Bring ideas for new platforms, features or enhancements that improve results
Collaboration & Partner Management
- Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Sales and Design
- Collaborate with external agency and vendor partners to ensure campaigns are executed with precision and efficiency
- Support a high-performing team that values speed, accuracy and insight
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments
- Google Analytics and Google Ads Certified (required)
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, CMS (WordPress), performance media and marketing automation
- Experience with Google Search Console, SEMRush, Zoho and Meltwater
- Strong grasp of CRM strategies, email marketing and newsletter performance metrics
- Demonstrated success in managing digital budgets, agency relationships and multi-channel campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Clear communicator and efficient project manager
- B2B experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable juggling priorities and wearing multiple hats without sacrificing quality
