We’re looking for a proactive, strategic Marketing Manager to lead outreach in client acquisition, content creation, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on independent research, takes initiative, and manages multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
Strong written communication is essential—you’ll craft compelling cold emails, lead our marketing strategy, edit and post social content, coordinate newsletters, and produce long-form content that represents our brand clearly and professionally. Attention to detail, polished writing, and the ability to adapt your voice for different audiences are key to success in this role.

Job Duties:
- Research and conduct cold email outreach to identify and engage potential new clients in the advertising, TV & film sectors.
- Drive new client acquisition by executing effective email-marketing campaigns
- Lead new client presentations/meetings virtual and in person
- Collaborate with the internal team to follow up with newly converted clients and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing engagement.
- Create and publish social media content for Maps Music and Good Space to maintain and grow their online presence.
- Produce long-form video content to support marketing, outreach, or brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinate and run agency visits
- Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep clients and subscribers informed and engaged.
- Keep the DISCO mailer list organized and up to date to support ongoing communication efforts.
Details:
- 90-day 1099 trial (25–32 hrs/week)
- Then moves into full-time W2
- Hybrid role in office 3 days/week at Good Space
- $50,000 starting salary
- 3 weeks of paid time off (increases with employee tenure)
