Position Overview
The Demand Generation leader owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across B2B SaaS segments.
You'll work closely with our CEO, VP of Growth, VP of Strategy, and Client Advisors to architect integrated marketing programs including ABM, lifecycle campaigns, and outbound acceleration that drive measurable revenue impact.
This is a remote position, with occasional in-person staff meetings in San Diego.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel ABM programs targeting B2B SaaS companies and PE firms
- Build lifecycle nurture programs that move prospects from awareness to sales conversations
- Develop battle cards, case studies, and assets that sales teams use to win deals
- Partner with leadership to align thought leadership (Street Pricing podcast, Monetization Memo newsletter) with demand objectives
- Own marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Webflow
- Build dashboards tracking site to lead, lead to opportunity, pipeline contribution, and CAC payback
- Establish attribution models for complex B2B sales cycles
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Document SOPs for repeatable campaigns
- Systematically activate referral engine from 400+ satisfied clients
- Create partnership marketing programs with billing platforms and implementation partners
- Provide consistent communications on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations to leadership

- You understand B2B SaaS buyer psychology and can translate technical pricing concepts into compelling narratives
You're a HubSpot Expert
- Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
- You've built ABM programs from scratch using HubSpot as the foundation
- You know workflows, lead scoring, attribution reporting, and custom properties inside and out
- You can teach others, not just execute
You're Incredibly Resourceful
- You're the anti-bottleneck. Ideas move from concept to live campaign in hours or days, not weeks
- You work directly with leadership, translate strategic direction into tactical execution, and ship fast
- You leverage AI, automation, and scrappy solutions to 10x your output

You're Obsessed With Pipeline

You Have the Experience
- 7 to 10+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM in B2B SaaS or professional services
- Proven track record building ABM programs from zero to predictable pipeline engine
- Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and engaging executive buyers (CEOs, CFOs, CROs)
- Expert proficiency with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (all required)
- Strong collaborator who aligns sales and marketing around shared revenue goals
- Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in fast-paced environments
