Our platform serves as the central nervous system for asset allocators, RIAs, and family offices , connecting disparate systems and workflows through a sophisticated AI layer.

We're a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world's largest asset allocators and managers. We are a small team with deep expertise in finance and technology. Our team brings decades of financial industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP.
The Role
You will own pipeline generation and lead development at Finpilot. As our dedicated BDR, you'll be responsible for building our top-of-funnel and creating a predictable flow of qualified opportunities. Along with our Go To Market team, you'll design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies to reach key decision-makers at allocators, asset owners, and wealth managers.
Your mission is to identify, research, and engage investment, operations and technology leaders at target organizations including CIO, CTO and COO. You'll build creative approaches to connect with prospects through industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
You'll also collaborate on content strategy initiatives including LinkedIn presence, blog content, and newsletter development to build awareness and generate inbound interest. Working directly with the founder and Go To Market team, you'll help establish our outbound sales motion and contribute to shaping our go-to-market approach.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Comfort engaging with senior decision-makers, dealing with rejection, and handling objections
- The right attitude: positivity, team/mission-first mindset, eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic working environment
Nice-to-Have:
- 1-2 years experience cold outbound/sales experience
- 1-2 years experience in FinTech and/or institutional investment
While financial services experience is strongly preferred, we're open to exceptional BDR candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and genuine interest in the finance and investment world.
