Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager leads the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives designed to drive traffic, generate demand, and strengthen brand presence across Rally’s brands.
This is a highly strategic yet deeply hands-on role. As Rally’s internal marketing lead, this person will both build marketing strategy and execute campaigns directly – writing newsletters, building email automations, designing graphics in Canva, updating website content, launching paid campaigns, and managing digital assets. The position also collaborates with cross-functional teams and oversees external marketing partners.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with strong creative instincts, experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing efforts, and the ability to independently manage a broad scope in a lean team environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans to maximize local engagement and align with traffic and demand-generation goals
- Build integrated campaigns across multiple brands, tailoring messaging to distinct audiences and objectives
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, web, paid media, social, and in-venue marketing
- Create and maintain marketing calendars aligned with programming, events and activations, seasonal initiatives, and F&B priorities
- Design and produce marketing assets using tools such as Canva
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all touchpoints
Email Marketing, Segmentation, and Lifecycle Strategy
- Own newsletter strategy, writing, design, and deployment
- Develop and refine segmentation across B2C and B2B audiences, including pickleball players, restaurant guests, and corporate event leads
- Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (welcome, promotional, retention, re-engagement)
- Manage CRM-driven campaigns and nurture sequences
- Track engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics and continuously optimize performance
Website Ownership, SEO, and Analytics
- Own website content updates, UX improvements, and conversion optimization
- Develop and execute a local SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and event-related search visibility
- Continuously improve conversion rates across key pathways (including event inquiries, reservations, membership sign-ups)
- Monitor and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign attribution using analytics tools
Events & B2B Demand Marketing
- Serve as the internal owners of event marketing strategy for Rally, Henrietta’s, and emerging concepts
- Develop proactive campaigns to private and corporate event inquiries
- Build segmented messaging for corporate, social, wedding, and planner audiences
- Oversee event landing pages and conversion funnels to increase inquiry volume and quality
- Coordinate closely with the Event Sales team to align marketing efforts with booking goals
- Oversee and collaborate with external marketing partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and accountability
- Support local search visibility and third-party listings to increase high-intent event demand
Paid Media & Digital Growth
- Develop and manage paid media strategy (e.g., Meta, Google) with disciplined budget allocation
- Execute retargeting strategies to convert website visitors and event prospects
- Test and refine creative and targeting strategies to maximize ROI with a lean budget
- Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data
Social Media & Reputation Management
- Own overall social media strategy aligned with traffic and campaign goals
- Manage third-party social media partners, including content planning, creative direction, and campaign
- Monitor and analyze performance to ensure content supports measurable objectives
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Yelp, OpenTable, etc.) in a timely and brand-aligned manner
- Identify recurring guest feedback themes and communicate insights to leadership
In-Venue Marketing and Guest-Facing Communications
- Oversee all in-venue marketing touchpoints including signage, digital displays, menus, and promotional materials
- Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and the physical guest experience
- Collaborate with F&B leadership to manage menu updates across digital and physical platforms
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Establish and maintain marketing dashboards tracking traffic, inquiry volume, conversion rates, email engagement, paid media performance, and event lead generation
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership
- Operate with a disciplined, data-driven approach to optimization and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success driving measurable traffic and demand.
- Experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or growth-oriented marketing roles
- Strong email marketing and segmentation experience
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Working knowledge of SEO strategy and website optimization
- Experience managing paid media campaigns with performance accountability
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create compelling marketing content
- Comfortable with hands-on creative production tools (e.g., Canva)
- Experience managing vendors or external partners
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing efforts preferred
- Hospitality, restaurant, venue-based entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
