About the Role
We are seeking a highly versatile and data‑driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across content creation, newsletter strategy, campaign execution, product enablement, and cross‑functional revenue support. This role will build high‑quality marketing and sales assets, run full‑funnel growth programs, support product launches, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue teams to drive measurable impact. This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, someone who can own strategy, storytelling, execution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality content including newsletters, one‑pagers, pitch decks, value props, onboarding materials, training guides, and product resources.
- Build and maintain a structured marketing content library with consistent messaging and storytelling.
- Plan, execute, and optimize full‑funnel growth campaigns aimed at driving demand, boosting qualification, and increasing conversion rates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to website improvements including messaging updates, UX enhancements, and creation of new digital assets.
- Ensure consistency across all customer‑facing and revenue‑enablement materials.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs including leads, funnel performance, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Deliver quantitative insights to guide GTM and marketing decisions.
- Partner closely with Sales to refine lead qualification, improve conversion efficiency, and strengthen buyer‑journey messaging.
- Build frameworks, tools, and content that support Sales, SDR, and CSM teams.
- Work with Product teams to support feature launches, messaging rollouts, and creation of launch materials.
- Develop training and enablement programs to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, RevOps, CSM, and CRM stakeholders to deliver aligned revenue‑focused initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, growth, enablement, or similar roles.
- Strong content creation skills across newsletters, one‑pagers, decks, value props, onboarding materials, and digital assets.
- Experience running multi‑channel marketing campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Strong UX/UI intuition and ability to collaborate with designers.
- Quantitative marketing background with experience analyzing leads, conversion rates, CAC, and funnel metrics.
- Experience partnering with Sales teams and supporting full‑funnel GTM motions.
- Experience supporting product marketing initiatives and launches.
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
