Position Summary
The Office Manager will play a central role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting internal communications, and driving a positive employee experience. This position serves as the backbone of office operations while delivering executive-level support and ensuring our workplace reflects the professionalism and readiness expected of a high‑growth organization.

Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a well‑organized, professional, and productive environment.
- Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and equipment suppliers.
- Coordinate scheduling, company calendars, meeting logistics, and conference room usage.
- Track office budgets, expenses, and company travel schedules.
- Ensure facility readiness, cleanliness, safety, and operational functionality at all times.
Employee Experience & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, and system access.
- Maintain and improve onboarding processes and documentation as the company grows.
- Support administrative aspects of both onboarding and offboarding.
Internal Communications & Culture Management
- Develop and distribute the monthly company newsletter and internal announcements.
- Support executive leadership by preparing materials for Town Hall meetings and presentations.
- Plan and execute company events, holiday celebrations, offsite meetings, and team‑building initiatives.
- Coordinate company volunteer initiatives, philanthropic efforts, and culture‑enhancing programs.
Strategic Projects & Marketing Support
- Support expansion projects, facility relocations, or new site setups, including coordinating vendors for furniture, IT, utilities, and signage.
- Assist with marketing logistics such as trade shows, promotional materials, customer events, and brand assets.
- Maintain inventory of branded items, business cards, presentation templates, and marketing materials.
- Track action items from leadership meetings and support cross‑functional special projects.
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong internal messaging abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration/project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and operational discipline.
