Madison Heights, Michigan newsletter publisher and printer has full-time client service/graphic design position. Must be able to:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and online chat requests. Looking for friendly, enthusiastic person, who enjoys interacting with clients regarding their newsletter and printing needs.
- Work with layout programs, including Quark Xpress and Adobe InDesign. Must be detail-oriented person with excellent typing skills. Looking for a perfectionist who can work accurately under tight deadlines. Must input client information in predesigned layouts. Design experience not required, but should have an eye for what looks good.
- Proofread with a high level of accuracy. Must have an outstanding command of the English language and an ability to spot errors quickly.
- Process orders for printing. Must have a good eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills. Must ensure that we meet client’s requirements for each newsletter and printing job.
Hourly full-time in-person position. Casual work environment.
