About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support our marketing and business development efforts through compelling content and materials. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you’ll contribute to content production across newsletters, sector campaigns, and external communications, while helping manage website updates, social media, and the editorial calendar. You’ll assist with conference submissions, speaking opportunities, and event coordination, and support business development initiatives through outreach, pitch content, case studies, and marketing materials, working collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content production for our newsletter, sector campaigns, and external communications – lead drafting and coordinating content that highlights projects, insights, and firm updates, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging
- Manage and update website content through CMS platforms, oversee social media channels, and maintain the editorial calendar to support timely, strategic communications
- Identify and track conference opportunities, prepare submissions and materials, and support event planning and logistics
- Contribute to outreach, pitch narratives, helping to clearly showcase sector-specific value propositions
- Develop project case studies and collateral that showcase client outcomes and firm expertise
- Help track opportunities, maintain databases, support reporting, and help manage multiple deadlines and priorities across the Strategy & Marketing team
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3–5 years in marketing, communications, or related field
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media
- Experience in and familiar using Adobe InDesign
- Strong organizational skills, multiple deadline management
- AEC or professional services background a plus, not required
- Familiarity with the built proposal or pursuit process is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Be in the office 3-4 times per week
