Project Manager (Contract)

Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage the team's rhythm of business cadence, including planning, execution, and reporting cycles such as monthly business reviews and stakeholder updates
- Deliver clear, structured updates and insights to leadership, ensuring initiatives are managed within budget and with defined business process ownership
- Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI tools, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, to streamline team workflows and operations
- Prototype AI-driven solutions such as newsletter generation, MBR summaries, and voice-of-customer dashboards
- Develop repeatable prompts, templates, and playbooks to enable scalable use across global teams
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to refine and scale successful workflow solutions
- Coordinate with external agencies supporting team delivery and outputs
- Train team members on AI-enabled workflows and enablement tools
- Monitor adoption of new workflows and continuously optimize based on usage data and business impact
- Coordinate internal team meetings, maintain workflows, and support regional field engagement
- Assist with internal events and communications, including newsletters and team updates
Requirements
- 4 to 6 or more years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Demonstrated experience managing rhythm of business cadences including monthly business reviews, reporting cycles, and stakeholder communications
- Experience using productivity and reporting tools in a professional business context
- Prior experience working within or alongside digital retail or eCommerce marketing environments is preferred
- Prior experience at Microsoft is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present proposals, reports, and findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools, particularly Copilot and agent-based applications, in a practical, non-technical business context
- Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
- Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational workflows
- Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools including spreadsheets, presentation software, and business dashboards

- Pay Range*: $42.50 - $48.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
