- sManage reviews on social sites such as G2; respond to complaints and suggestion
- sSeek and promote opportunities across channels — podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and company event

- lPost regularly to company accounts via HubSpot CRM; collaborate with the graphic designer on assets, measure effectiveness, and respond to comment
- sCreate a monthly email newsletter featuring blog posts, infographics, news stories, and mor
- eSupport the strategy, execution, and management of integrated email marketing campaign

- aManage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other platform
sEvents & conference
- sManage webinars, virtual conferences, in-person conferences, and sponsorship
- sFor in-person events: research opportunities, reserve exhibit space, execute contracts, manage booth logistics, maintain deadline calendars, create ads and signage, and submit speaking proposal
- sMaintain a calendar of business, industry, and product awards; manage on-time submission
sCross-functional & analytic
- sWork cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to enhance the customer journey and ensure consistent messaging and brand identit
- yPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with staff at all levels as well as clients and partner
- sAnalyze performance against goals and make data-driven recommendation
- sProactively communicate and report on performance to the larger tea
- mStay current on market trends, industry insights, and emerging digital marketing tool
