TReNDS: The Center for Translational Research in Neuroimaging and Data Science (TReNDS) is focused on developing, applying, and sharing advanced analytic approaches and neuroinformatics tools that leverage advanced brain imaging and omics data, with a goal of translating these approaches into biomarkers that can help address relevant areas of brain health and disease. Large-scale data sharing and multimodal data fusion techniques are the underpinnings of our approach.

Here Is What You Will Do: The essential duties and responsibilities of the
Administrative Specialist I are the following
: :
- Provides administrative support, performing duties such as scheduling meetings/events, receiving and directing calls and visitors, managing room calendars, and other related duties. Assists with facilities and property control requests.
- Assist the Director and Business Manager with administrative and financial processes and special projects. These include, but are not limited to, purchasing and travel reimbursements, monthly financial reports, and ordering office supplies.
- Assists the Project Coordinator with personnel transactions such as hiring, CV distribution, maintaining personnel spreadsheets to provide accurate reporting, and other personnel functions as needed.
- Manages the Center's weekly newsletter and TV event slideshow. Assists with the Center website, social media, and other communications as needed.
- Performs coverage of the front desk when necessary and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Hiring Requirements:
- Panthermart experience
- Spectrum experience
- Accounting/finance reporting experience
