Key Responsibilities:
Site & App Content Management
- Own and manage content updates across the website and mobile app, including homepage, landing pages, category pages, promotional banners, and editorial placements.
- Manage and execute all site and app content updates on schedule, ensuring accuracy, correct formatting, and brand alignment before any page goes live following Ecommerce Managers’ strategy.
- Upload and schedule email and SMS content.
- Maintain and manage the site content calendar, ensuring all go-live dates, promotional events, and seasonal updates are tracked and executed on time.
QA, UAT & Quality Control
- Conduct thorough QA on all site content updates prior to launch by reviewing copy, imagery, links, pricing, and layout across desktop and mobile.
- Support and participate in UAT for site releases, platform updates, and new feature deployments, documenting and communicating issues clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
- Place test orders across all brand websites regularly to validate the end-to-end purchase experience, identifying any UX, content, or checkout issues and escalating as needed.
Content Requests & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routing site and newsletter content requests to the graphic designer which includes but not limited to banners, promotional assets, email headers, and app visuals and provide clear briefs with copy, sizing specs, and deadlines.
- Request and coordinate all copy needs from the copywriting team or internal stakeholders aligned to objectives.
- Partner with paid media, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure site content is aligned with active campaigns, promotions, and seasonal pushes.
- Maintain asset libraries and ensure all content is organized, versioned, and easily accessible for the team.
Competitive Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking to assess how our site experience, content strategy, promotions, and merchandising compare to key competitors and industry leaders.
- Compile and present findings in clear, executive-ready benchmarking reports using PowerPoint, highlighting opportunities and recommendations.
- Support the ecommerce team with ad hoc reporting and data pulls using Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data formatting.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or a related field; experience at a consumer brand or retailer strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS platform. CoreMedia experience is preferred or must be demonstrated through equivalent CMS work.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas, and data formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building clean, polished presentations and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Clear, proactive communicator, able to write concise briefs, flag issues early, and keep cross-functional partners aligned.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with a Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for CMS troubleshooting and content formatting.
- Experience working within a multi-brand retail or fashion ecommerce environment.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud reporting, or similar analytics platforms.
