Accretus Group is an integrated, technology-enabled transaction services platform purpose-built for real estate. Launched in 2026 by Centre Street Partners and led by CEO Adam Friedman, Accretus is building a national platform of trusted, modernized services across the real estate transaction lifecycle.
The Opportunity
Accretus is growing quickly following the platform’s recent launch and acquisition of Atlanta Deferred Exchange.
We are hiring a Head of Growth to build and own this function from the ground up. This is a broad yet hands-on role spanning performance marketing, content creation and distribution, brand growth, and more. The role entails end-to-end ownership of key go-to-market initiatives, from partner-facing materials to newsletters, social media engagement and broader market presence.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the President, internal subject matter experts, and business leaders to shape the company’s positioning within the real estate services ecosystem.
For a rising leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is an opportunity to take real ownership and help shape the company’s voice, strategy, and market presence, while building upon decades of earned trust and credibility in the marketplace. As Accretus scales, this role offers a clear path to becoming Chief Marketing Officer and a key member of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Performance: Own sales and marketing budget allocation, channel and partner selection, and performance measurement to ensure marketing investments drive measurable business impact.
- Digital Presence and Social Media Engagement: Grow our digital footprint across key platforms (specifically LinkedIn and YouTube) to establish Accretus as a thought leader in the real estate services space.
- Newsletter & Editorial Oversight: Own the production of our monthly industry newsletter. From content planning and editing to distribution, you’ll ensure it delivers consistent value to our sophisticated audience of real estate professionals, CPAs, and attorneys.
- Brand & Marketing Assets: Collaborate with our subject matter experts to create professional, high-impact materials, including co-branded reference guides and referral partner kits.
- Strategic Execution: Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing needs. Move across design, copy, and strategy as needed to support business priorities.
- Resource Management: Identify and manage specialized freelancers (e.g. web designers or technical writers) when necessary to expand capacity while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Who You Are
- You Default to AI: You actively use AI and modern marketing tools to work faster and smarter across content, design, distribution, analytics, and automation. You’re not just experimenting with new tools, you know how to turn them into practical workflows that improve speed, quality, consistency, and scale.
- An Entrepreneurial Operator: You thrive in a "wear many hats" environment. You enjoy the variety of moving between creative projects and analytical tasks.
- You’ve Grown Something: You’ve grown an audience, product, community or side project and can show the receipts.
- Core Pillars of Expertise: While you’re a generalist, you possess deep proficiency in at least two areas (e.g. social media growth, email marketing, technical copywriting, design or paid acquisition).
- Impeccable Attention to Detail: You take pride in producing high quality work, ensuring that every technical fact, formatting choice, and brand element is accurate and consistent before it leaves your desk.
- A Content Translator: You have the ability to take dense, technical information and transform it into clear, engaging marketing copy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of Growth, GTM, and/or Marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment with relevant domain focus (Real Estate, Finance, Legal, etc.)
- Location: Flexible (US based). This is a remote/hybrid position but candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the US. Strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast; NYC is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Accretus offers a market-competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based bonus opportunity, comprehensive benefits, and eligibility to participate in the company’s equity program, with final compensation based on experience, location, and role scope.
