VP OF OPERATIONS — CLASS A LUXURY HIGH-RISE
LOCATION: Chicago, IL
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
A premier owner-operator of Class A multifamily trophy assets seeking a VP of Operations to lead hospitality-driven service and institutional discipline.
This leader will manage daily operations, establish scalable processes, and elevate resident and employee experiences across amenity-rich towers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A LEADER:
- Manage portfolio performance, including budgets, staffing, and Class A service standards.
- Develop scalable SOPs and KPIs to maintain trophy-asset consistency.
- Lead and mentor teams to instill a culture of white-glove service and accountability.
- Oversee high-rise systems and concierge operations to ensure uptime and satisfaction.
- Partner with executives on capital planning and performance reporting.
- Lead transition planning and operational ramp-up for new acquisitions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU POSSESS:
- 10+ years of leadership in Class A or luxury high-rise multifamily operations.
- Expertise in high-rise systems, life safety, and hospitality-style service.
- Ability to scale operational systems within growth-oriented environments.
- Execution-first leader comfortable on-site and in the boardroom.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L accountability for high-value assets.
- High degree of autonomy in building organizational infrastructure.
