About the role
You will be the voice of the engineering team, transforming complex technical achievements into engaging content that resonates with engineers. Embedded directly within the engineering team and reporting to the CTO, you’ll craft compelling blog posts, technical deep dives, and social content.
What You’ll Do
- Own the engineering blog end-to-end, from understanding shipped projects to publishing posts that do them justice.
- Produce high-volume technical content, initially targeting around 10 posts per month, covering topics from crypto infrastructure to agentic payments.
- Manage engineering-focused social media content on platforms like X/Twitter and LinkedIn to build the company’s engineering brand.
- Collaborate closely with engineers daily, proactively seeking out stories worth telling.
- Translate engineers' rough ideas into polished pieces written in a tone that resonates with the team.

The Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, particularly within engineering teams.
- Proficient in blog publishing, social media content creation, and using platforms like LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
