We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help fuel our next chapter of growth.
The Role:
We are seeking a versatile marketer who is energized by running multi-channel campaigns, executing conference and digital events, and translating data into actionable sales opportunities.
In this role, you will coordinate inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives—including webinars, industry conferences, email marketing, digital, and account-based marketing (ABM) plays targeting university EHS, risk management, and research compliance leadership.
If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, managing project timelines, running focused campaigns, and seeing the direct connection between your efforts and sales outcomes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing collateral such as web pages, case studies, one-pagers, presentation slide decks, social media content, and quarterly newsletters.
- Plan, schedule, and launch marketing campaigns (email nurture tracks, account-based campaigns, webinars, and landing pages) targeting key institutions and personas.
- Partner with the sales team to optimize email cadences, collateral distribution, and follow-up sequences.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual events and webinars (speaker prep, landing pages, email promotion, and post-event follow-up workflows).
- Manage logistics for trade shows and conferences: booth assets, swag, vendor management, pre-conference outreach, and lead tracking.
- Track campaign performance metrics—including attendance and leads generated, delivering actionable reporting to the sales team.
- Maintain clean Salesforce database records and segmentation across various university systems, institutional profiles, and personas.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations experience (B2B SaaS or EdTech, experience preferred).
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Working knowledge of Salesforce, HTML, website design, demo automation tools, and SEO is preferred.
- Campaign & Event Savvy: Demonstrable track record assisting with digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person conference logistics.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting and editing skills; able to speak credibly and professionally to higher education audiences.
- Organized & Data-Informed: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, comfort manipulating spreadsheet data, and proven ability to leverage AI.
- Scrappy & Self-Directed: Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where ownership and initiative are celebrated.
