Position Summary
Wulfe & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator for marketing efforts for a commercial real estate brokerage firm. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically proficient, deadline driven and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Marketing Materials: Create, maintain, and update property marketing packages and other promotional materials to ensure all information is accurate, current, and professionally presented.
- Website Management: Upload and maintain property packages, photographs and other marketing materials on the company website.
- Email Marketing: Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and property announcements. Maintain, organize, and update contact lists and distribution databases.
- General Email Administration: Monitor the main company email account and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Mapping and Aerials: Prepare property aerials, location maps, site maps, and other visual materials to support property listings, marketing packages, client tours and presentations.
- Demographic Research: Generate demographic reports, prepare demographic maps, and compile market data to support property marketing efforts and client presentations.
- Commercial Real Estate Platforms: Maintain and update property listings, photos, marketing materials, and related information on CoStar and LoopNet.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and online platforms
- Accurate and thorough when handling property information and marketing materials
- Creative with an eye for professional presentation and visual consistency
- Responsive and service-oriented when supporting brokers and colleagues
- Experience with email marketing, website content management, mapping tools, or demographic research is preferred
- Previous experience in commercial real estate marketing is a plus
