Concierge Receptionist Full-Time | On-Site

Our private membership club is an invitation-only, design-forward private business club — where every detail is curated, every interaction intentional, and every member treated like the most important person in the room.
We are seeking a Concierge Receptionist who embodies the art of elevated service, anticipating needs before they’re spoken, delivering warmth with precision, and safeguarding member confidentiality as second nature.
What You’ll Do:
Front Desk & Club Operations
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Open and prepare the club daily for operation
- Oversee front desk duties and provide general club information
- Maintain club facilities and coordinate to correct any janitorial services and minor maintenance issues.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate needs of the club or members in relation to vendors.
Concierge Services
- Manage dining, event, and travel reservations, including hard-to-get and last-minute bookings
- Coordinate car services, event tickets, and special requests
- Handle inbound member requests and ensure timely follow-up
Member Services & Experience
- Support onboarding of new members, including welcome communications and tours
- Maintain ongoing member engagement (birthdays, anniversaries, life milestones)
- Oversee satisfaction follow-ups and retention touchpoints
- Monitor and respond to member app activity and bookings
- Promote and encourage Google reviews to enhance online presence
Administrative & Financial Support
- Manage office, food & beverage, and supply inventories
- Process membership agreements in WMS
- Issue invoices and track payment status (no banking or credit card access required)
- Handle mail and package reception and distribution
Events & Community Engagement
- Maintain and manage the Scottsdale event calendar (exclusive and non-exclusive)
- Coordinate event and meeting room bookings
- Support club-hosted events and experiences
- Assist in vetting prospective members
- Contribute to monthly club newsletter and marketing content
Strategic & Marketing Support
- Help cultivate strategic relationships for premium partnerships (restaurants, hotels, etc.)
- Assist in marketing initiatives including social media, campaigns, and promotions
- Ensure brand alignment and quality control across touchpoints
- Create an atmosphere of refined comfort from the moment someone steps in.
- Anticipate needs and exceed expectations — always.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and absolute trust at all times.

Who You Are:
- Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end concierge, or private membership clubs.
- Naturally attentive, polished, and discreet.
- Professional in appearance and communication.
- Skilled at juggling details without ever losing the personal touch.
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- 1 + years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guests’ preferences.
- The ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required
- A strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
