The RoleWe’re hiring a Performance & Revenue Growth Marketer to directly own and grow total site revenue at The Candidly.
This is a hands-on role focused on performance and outcomes, not brand marketing or social content. You’ll drive growth across paid acquisition, affiliate commerce, and newsletter growth and retention, using data to identify the highest-impact opportunities and scale what works.
This role is about identifying and pulling the highest-impact revenue levers—not doing everything at once. You should love analyzing data, pressure-testing assumptions, and turning insights into measurable results.
What You’ll OwnPaid Acquisition & Efficiency (Primary Focus)
- Own paid performance across Meta Ads Manager (and additional channels as appropriate)
- Drive efficiency across CAC, ROAS, RPM, and LTV
- Develop and execute structured testing frameworks across creative, targeting, and landing paths
- Allocate and optimize spend to maximize revenue and profitability
Total Site Revenue & Affiliate Growth
- Partner with editorial and commerce to grow affiliate revenue across Amazon, ShopMy, Impact, Skimlinks, and direct partners
- Optimize affiliate funnels: content placement, CTAs, linking strategy, and conversion paths
- Monitor revenue performance, identify trends, and scale what’s working
Newsletter Growth, Retention & Monetization
- Own newsletter growth strategy focused on subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Improve signup conversion and lifecycle performance through segmentation and testing
- Align newsletter strategy with broader revenue and traffic goals
Analytics, Insights & Experimentation
- Use GA4 and platform reporting to track performance across the full funnel
- Build and maintain dashboards tied to revenue, efficiency, and subscriber growth
- Translate data into clear insights and prioritized action plans
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing across paid, on-site, and newsletter flows
How Success Is Measured- Growth in total site revenue driven by paid, affiliate, and newsletter channels
- Improved paid efficiency (CAC, ROAS, RPM)
- Sustained growth in high-quality newsletter subscribers and retention
What We’re Looking For- 5–8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing for digital media, commerce, or subscription businesses
- Proven experience owning revenue outcomes, not just channel execution
- Deep hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- GA4
- Newsletter/ESP platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or similar)
- Strong background in paid acquisition, affiliate commerce, SEO, and lead generation
- Highly analytical, self-directed, and comfortable working in a lean environment
- Excellent critical thinker who knows what to test, what to stop, and what to scale
