Who We’re Looking For
As Brightwell continues to grow and diversify how we bring solutions to market, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and experimentation. This role is ideal for a marketer who wants meaningful ownership, close collaboration with sales and partners, and exposure to a wide range of growth motions in a fast-moving fintech environment.
You’ll be responsible for driving demand and awareness for Brightwell’s solution, supporting multiple pipeline sources (including partner-led opportunities), and helping evolve how marketing and sales work together to generate and communicate impact.
Brightwell serves financial institutions through a set of high-value use cases, this role requires an ability to learn our ICPs and personas quickly and translate those insights into clearer product-market fit messaging. This role offers hands-on learning, visibility into the business, and the chance to shape how growth marketing operates at a growing company.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute lead generation programs that support multiple growth motions, including inbound, outbound, partner-supported initiatives, and events.
- Learn and own messaging for Brightwell’s FI use cases; translate ICP and persona insights into campaigns, content, and positioning that improve trial, adoption, and retention.
- Plan and support Brightwell’s event presence, including coordination with booth vendors, event organizers, and sponsorship partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Own email, newsletter, and communication programs to drive engagement and pipeline contribution, including segmentation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Partner closely with Sales and channel stakeholders to support opportunities originating from referral and partner ecosystems, ensuring marketing efforts reinforce deal progression.
- Support Brightwell’s LinkedIn presence by coordinating organic social content that reinforces campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to track pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and conversion trends.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop shared reporting and insights that clearly communicate marketing’s impact on pipeline generation and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and content performance to continuously optimize messaging, channels, and audience targeting.
- Leverage AI tools to scale output, accelerate experimentation, and multiply the team’s capacity.
- Provide strategic input on goals, priorities, and marketing best practices, balancing experimentation with focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional marketing projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Take on additional projects as needed in a small, collaborative team environment where priorities evolve quickly.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation roles.
- Experience supporting go-to-market efforts in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex environments.
- Familiarity with partner- or referral-influenced sales motions, and how marketing supports longer or relationship-driven deal cycles.
- Experience working with Financial Institutions (preferred) or demonstrated ability to learn vertical-specific buyer problems and use cases quickly.
- Strong experience building and applying ICPs and personas to shape messaging, content, and campaign strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to iterate product-market fit messaging — turning customer insight into positioning and content that moves prospects through the funnel.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, buyer journeys, segmentation, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- The ability to travel domestically as needed (10-20%) to represent Brightwell at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Comfort working closely with Sales and other stakeholders to align goals, metrics, and execution.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A growth-oriented mentality — curious, adaptable, and excited to learn across products, channels, and strategies.
