Delta Material Services (DMS) is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in driving the brand's visibility across both internal and external landscapes. You will be responsible for managing a multi-channel communication strategy and executing end-to-end production for global aviation conferences and trade shows. This role will also support Executive Leadership in supporting DMS’ engagement events, employee surveys, company newsletter, Presentations and other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can translate technical material services such as engine parts distribution and inventory management into compelling narratives that resonate with airline customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Multi-Channel Content Management
- External Growth: Manage the DMS LinkedIn presence, creating a consistent cadence of posts that highlight technical milestones, leadership insights, and service expansions.
- Internal Communications: Develop and distribute internal newsletters and intranet updates to keep the broader Delta TechOps and DMS teams aligned on strategic goals and achievements.
- Digital Asset Oversight: Maintain and update the DMS website and digital sales collateral, ensuring all messaging aligns with the "DMS" brand identity.
- Conference & Event Production
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning and logistics for major industry events (e.g., MRO Americas, MRO Europe, ISTAT, etc).
- On-Site Brand Experience: Coordinate booth renderings, graphics production, and hospitality suite setups with external agencies and vendors.
- Brand Strategy & Sales Enablement
- Collateral Development: Design and write high-impact sales decks, brochures, and white papers that simplify complex material solutions.
- Corporate Gifting: Execute tiered customer appreciation programs, selecting premium brand-aligned gifts for top-tier global accounts.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on marketing KPIs, including LinkedIn engagement rates and event ROI, to inform future strategy.
- Employee Engagement & Administration
- Collaborate and administer company surveys
- Assist Finance and HR with managing headcount, hiring and organizational charts
- Lead company engagement events, facilitation of company newsletter or organizational updates
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience: Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the aviation, aerospace, or logistics sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to pivot tone between technical white papers and engaging social media copy.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from large-scale international conferences to daily social media management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
